My sweet beloved Surale ת'!
Your dear letter made me very happy. I wish you pleasure wearing your clothes. How can you think that I am angry with you, my darling? You must of course buy what you urgently need. For the time being I need nothing. For Zwi נ"י too I will manage as we are.
Unfortunately we are unable to move on. Who knows how long we will remain here. I have already received ב"ה two packages for פסח from Schmilu’s נ"י uncle’s father. Schmilu נ"י had written at the time to his uncle Rabbi Josef Stern to write to his father that I should be given help. I have so far refused it but now it would be useful. Even though I cannot imagine פסח1 in these cramped surroundings, it will nevertheless pass.
I wait longingly for post from dear Feigale ת'. Is she comfortable in her surroundings? I received a letter today from Esti ת', as well as from Shochet. Please write to me from time to time how many pounds you already have?
I wish you from my heart a happy festival with all the best. I kiss you with a strong hug, as well as dear Tuli. I am not happy with his job since it is no use for א"י .

Mein suesses geliebtes Suraleת" . Dein l. Brief hat mich sehr erfreut. Du sollst deine Sachen tragen mit Freude.Wie kanst Du denken dass ich Dir boese bin mein Liebling? Was Du dringend brauchst musst Du Dir doch kaufen. Ich brauche vorlaufig nichts. Auch fuer Zwiנ"י werde schon so durchhalten.
Wir kommen leider nicht weiter, wer weiss wie lange wier hier bleiben. Ich habe schonב"ה bekommen 2 Pakette zu פסח von Schmilus נ"י Onkel seinen Vater. Schmilu נ"י hat seiner Zeit zu seinen Onkel ה"ר Josef Stern geschrieben er soll seinen Vater schreiben man soll mir helfen.. Bis jetzt habe ich abgelehnt, jetzt kommt es mir gut.. Wenn ich mir auch in dieser Engschaft ??? den פסח nicht vorstellen kann wird er trotzdem vorueber gehen.
Von der l. Feigale erwarte ich schon sehnsuechtig Post. Fuehlt sie sich wohl in ihren Kreise. Von Esti ת" habe heute einen Brief bekommen auch von Shochet.. Schreibt mir bitte von Zeit zu Zeit wieviel Pf. Ihr habt schon.
Ich wuensche Euch vom Herzen freudige Feiertage mit allen Besten. Kuesse Dich in fester Umarmung, auch den l. Tuli. Mit seinen Posten bin ich nicht zufrieden weil das fuer א"י nichts ist. Kuesse Rechaת" u. Kinder שת" gruesse Berlנ"י Chajcie.
